APPOINTMENTS Running Late If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. New Clients Consultations are free of charge. All weekend appointments and appointments requiring 2 or more hours will require a credit card on file. No charges will be applied until the day of the appointment. Existing Clients Failure to notify us of any changes or cancellations within 24 hours will require a credit card on file for all future appointments. No charges will be applied until the day of the appointment. No Shows Not showing up for an appointment without notifying us may result in a charge equal to the full price of the services scheduled. Changes Within 24 Hours Notifying us of any changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a charge equal to 50% price of the services scheduled. PERSONAL ITEMS We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. Hence, personal lockers are provided for securing personal items at all our locations. ALLERGIES Please advise our staff of any allergies you may have or chemicals that you may be sensitive to. SERVICE AND PRODUCT GUARANTEE If you are unsatisfied with service results, please let us know to have your hair adjusted or corrected to satisfaction within 5 business days of the initial service. Products (excluding makeup) can be exchanged or refunded but salon services cannot be refunded. See our full GUARANTEE policy. PRIVACY POLICY Emails and other contact information are for Emily J’s direct communication with our clients only, including appointment confirmations, receipts, discounts, and rewards. We do not sell or provide client information to third party marketers or solicitors as we value each and every client and their privacy. |
